At Quanta Services, the team from SYNLawn San Antonio had the opportunity to transform their parking garage rooftop with our San Antonio, TX artificial grass along with three additional ground-level synthetic grass lawns throughout the complex. EnviroLoc+™ is made with renewable soybeans and effectively secures turf fibers to prevent shedding or shifting when faced with consistent impact. EnviroLoc+™ additionally maximizes your landscape’s drainage rate to allow for use after rainfall, spills, or any other liquids that may come in contact with your lawn. It offers a drainage rate of 1,200 inches per hour, which is forty times greater than the highest recorded rainfall at one time in the USA.

With its ASTM E-108 Class A fire rating, SYNTipede is designed and proven to slow and prevent the spread of fires. Accidental fires can happen at any time, however, that does not mean that we cannot do our part to help protect our customers. To earn the high regard of a Class A Fire Rating, an artificial turf system has to meet the requirements of eight tests: four burning tests, two flame spread tests, and two intermittent flame tests.
