SYNLawn® Central Texas proudly aided on a commercial artificial grass installation for the new Hewlett Packard Enterprise Global HQ. The project features 36,900 square feet of SYNLawn® San Antonio artificial grass. The courtyards and rooftops of this incredible headquarters were revitalized with four of our synthetic grass options including DuraGrass 50 PG, SYNSport, SYNTipede 343, and SYNTipede X43 to provide unrivaled durability and performance. These various turf options made it possible to create a unique lawn design featuring alternating hues on the rooftops of the headquarters. Our San Antonio artificial turf is easily the most realistic in both appearance and texture. The patented EnviroLoc™ backing technology from SYNLawn® ‘lock-in’ grass fibers to ensure long-lasting beauty and durability. EnviroLoc™ utilizes a two-part woven polypropylene backing fabric that is designed to keep tufted grass fibers in place. After tufting, SYNLawn® patented soy based EnviroLoc™ coating is applied to the backing fabric and sewn grass fibers. These elements work together to give a strong anchor for fibers resulting in reduced “shedding.” EnviroLoc™ is made in partnership with US soy farmers to create an ecologically friendly synthetic grass backing that replaces the majority of petroleum polymers with soybean oil.
